Dr. Roy C.J - the visionary who dreamed, built, and nurtured Confident Group into what it is today. More than a founder or chairman, he was the guiding spirit of our organisation, a leader whose strength came from his integrity, and whose success was rooted in trust.
Over twenty years ago, he began this journey with a simple but powerful belief - that our work was never just about projects, but about people. About families investing their life’s savings. About promises made and promises kept. He believed that every home we built carried someone’s dreams, and that trust was the most valuable foundation of all.
With clarity of vision and disciplined execution, he led Confident Group to grow across India, and UAE. Under his stewardship, 210 projects were successfully delivered across Bangalore and Kerala - each one completed with responsibility, careful planning, clear titles and above all, commitment. Not a single project was stalled.
Not a single promise was left behind. For him, safeguarding customer investment was not a business goal, it was a moral responsibility. He was a hands-on leader who believed in doing things the right way, even when it was the harder way. His eye for detail, insistence on transparency, and zero tolerance for compromise shaped the culture of Confident Group. He built a team that shared his values - experienced professionals who continue to uphold the standards he set. Recognition such as CRISIL 7-Star ratings reflected the excellence he quietly but firmly demanded.
Yet beyond the milestones and achievements, those who knew him remember something deeper - his humility, his faith, his calm confidence, and his unwavering belief in people. He led with conviction, but also with kindness. He built not just projects, but relationships. Not just a company, but a family.
Today, though he is no longer with us, his influence remains deeply rooted in every decision we make and every promise we uphold. His values continue to guide us to deliver what we commit, to protect trust above all else, to remain disciplined, ethical, and responsible in everything we do.

T.A. Joseph is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the maritime and real estate sectors. Originally from Kochi, Kerala, he began his career as a mariner before transitioning into entrepreneurship, where he discovered his passion for business and leadership.
After completing his pre-graduation, Joseph joined a marine training institute and embarked on a career in the maritime industry. He gained valuable experience working on ships and oil and gas vessels, including diving support and supply vessels. This global experience provided him with a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and dedication. In 2002, Joseph made a pivotal decision to leave the maritime field and pursue his entrepreneurial aspirations. He started a real estate business focusing on villa projects, driven by a desire to create something of his own and work independently. This marked the beginning of his journey in the real estate industry.
In 2006, Joseph joined hands with Confident Group as Director. That same year, the company started with a single project, a single staff member, and strong willpower in a modest office in Kerala. Today, Confident Group has grown exponentially, becoming one of the most trusted names in the real estate industry. This success is built on the pillars of hard work, dedication, discipline, and teamwork.
