We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of billing and account information, but we are not responsible for errors, including incorrect item quantities, pricing errors, or incorrect availability information. We may require verification of information before accepting or processing an order.

All payments shall strictly follow the Confident Group Approved Payment Schedule to Confident Projects Residential. The booking amount must be fully paid within 20 days from the date of booking, and the Agreement of Sale will only be executed after the complete realization of the booking amount. A booking will be considered valid only after it receives formal approval from Confident Group Management.

Customers opting for bank financing must submit all required documents within seven calendar days from the booking date. If the home loan approval by the bank takes more than thirty days, Confident Group may suggest alternative banking partners to process the loan. The applicant must comply with the terms and conditions of such institutions. If the loan is not sanctioned and the payment schedule is not followed as a result, the booking may be cancelled in accordance with RERA guidelines.

Ownership transfers requested after the execution of the Agreement to Sell will incur a transfer fee of 2% of the total sale value. Any request to modify details in the booking form will be chargeable at ₹5,000 per change. Assigning booking or ownership rights to another party without written approval from Confident Group will be considered invalid.

Any applicable refunds will be processed strictly in accordance with RERA regulations.

Delays in installment payments will attract penal interest at the rate of 15% per annum, calculated on the daily outstanding balance. In the event that two or more consecutive installments are not paid, Confident Group has the right to terminate the Agreement to Sell and reassign the unit to another buyer without further notice. All delayed payment adjustments will be applied first toward interest and then toward principal.

If a buyer wishes to sell the property before the project completion, Confident Group reserves the Right of First Purchase.

If a cheque bounces, a penalty will be charged: ₹2,000 for the first time, ₹4,000 for the second time, and ₹6,000 for the third time. Additional penalties, if applicable, will be imposed as per the executed Agreement for Sale.

Any communication sent from authorized Confident Group email domains will be considered official and legally binding. If booking confirmation does not reflect after payment, the customer must immediately verify the status and contact us along with payment proof. Repeat payment attempts without verification must be avoided.

Confident Group reserves the right to revise or update the transaction-related terms at its discretion without prior notice.

All disputes related to booking, payments, and other transactional matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, unless superseded by applicable statutory regulations.

We may provide access to third-party tools and services that are not monitored or controlled by us. Use of these tools is at your own risk and subject to the third parties’ terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any third-party tools' availability, accuracy, or reliability.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete legal agreement between the user and Confident Group.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and all legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
